Resilient Hearts Counseling is an out-of-network provider. Full payment is due at the time of service. You will be provided a superbill that may be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Before beginning counseling services with Resilient Hearts, you may want to speak with your insurance company about your benefits. Questions you may want to ask include:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits for behavioral health?

• What is my deductible for out-of-network behavioral health benefits?

• What is the reimbursement rate after my deductible has been met?

• Is there a limit for how many sessions I can be reimbursed for per week, month or year?
