Resilient Hearts Counseling is considered an out-of-network provider. This means that you will submit payment in full at the time of service and then will be provided a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Before beginning counseling services with Resilient Hearts, you may want to speak with your insurance company to ensure you understand your benefits. Questions you may want to ask include:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits for behavioral health?

• What is my deductible for out-of-network behavioral health benefits?

• What is the reimbursement rate after my deductible has been met?

• Do I have a limit for the number of sessions annually/frequency (i.e., could I attend a session more than once a week and still be reimbursed)?
