Meet Clare
Therapist
Clare is a Licensed Master Social Worker(LMSW) with extensive experience providing trauma-informed counseling to adults. Throughout her career, she has worked with survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, human trafficking, and other forms of interpersonal trauma. She is passionate about helping clients heal from difficult experiences, strengthen their sense of self, and build lives that feel more connected, meaningful, and authentic.
Using a client-centered, collaborative and strengths-based approach, Clare creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. She believes therapy should be tailored to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and goals, and strives to help clients build resilience, self-compassion, and confidence.
In addition to trauma-focused work, Clare has experience supporting adults navigating relationship concerns, intimacy challenges, sexuality, and ADHD. Her background in interpersonal violence and specialized training in sex and relationship therapy provide a unique lens for understanding attachment, boundaries, communication, and the impact of trauma on relationships. Clare is committed to providing affirming and inclusive care for individuals of all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
