Meet Brinley

Therapist

I love working with children and/or their families who have experienced Trauma, Anxiety, ADHD, or Attachment concerns. I believe that in order to best help a child, you have to work within their family unit, and I value empowering caregivers with information and skills to best support their child through frequent caregiver collaboration as appropriate.

Brinley. Therapist at Resilient Hearts Counseling.

I have multiple certifications in different modalities of EMDR as well as specialized training Play Therapy and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CCP) which allows me to work with children as young as 2 and their caregivers to help build connection and attachment. I believe in a client centered approach and build individual treatment plans for each of my clients that may incorporate EMDR, play therapy, sand tray, CBT as well other modalities.

I feel privileged to be present with others striving towards healing and growth and look forward to being a part of your journey!
