New Clients

  1. Before your first session, you will receive an email with a link to the client portal where you can access the intake paperwork that you will need to review and complete at least 24 hours before your first session. Prior to your initial session, you will be emailed a private link to access your teletherapy session.

  2. During your first session, you and your Counselor will review the completed paperwork and any questions you may have. You and your Counselor will also discuss why you're seeking counseling services and what you hope to achieve through the counseling process.

  3. All virtual sessions will be held virtually via a HIPAA-compliant video platform. All you need to be able to participate in a private and quiet space - is a phone, tablet, or computer with a webcam.
